Banana Orange Honey Nog
It's eggnog without the eggs! Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast:
Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled, cut into bite size pieces
1 banana, peeled and sliced
½ cup lowfat or nonfat milk
1 tsp. honey
¼ tsp. vanilla
2 ice cubes
Ground nutmeg, optional
Simply mix in a blender and enjoy!
Orange Yogurt Mask

1 tsp plain yogurt
1 tsp fresh orange juice
Combine the yogurt and juice. Apply the mixture to your face. Rinse with plenty of warm water after 5 minutes.

Caramelized Oranges
Here is a great idea with a touch of sweetness for those oranges. Use these on top of low-fat ice cream, frozen yogurt or even pancakes.
Ingredients:
2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
4 oz. brown sugar
2 oz. orange segments
2 oz. grapefruit segments
2 oz. toasted almond slices
4 mint sprigs
Combine orange juice and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir over medium-high heat until liquid is reduced by half and has the consistency of syrup. Then heat 2 oz. of reduced orange sauce and stir in ½ oz. of orange segments and ½ oz. of grapefruit segments. Scoop over your favorite dish.
Citrus Face Mask
Did you know oranges make a great face mask? This one is suitable for all skin types and will add moisturize and a healthy glow to your face:
1-tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Mix them with 1 apple puree with ½ teaspoon sage. Mix all the ingredients well and then heat the mixture for few minutes in microwave.
Apply this pack evenly on your face and relax for 20 minutes. Then wash clean with a warm washcloth.

Ingredients
1 orange
1 cup of mineral water
Cotton balls
Squeeze a few drops of juice from a fresh orange into one cup of mineral water. After washing your face, saturate a cotton ball with the orange astringent and smooth over face and neck.
